Having spent many years as a Chief Executive officer and senior leader in small and large organisations I have developed skills, expertise and wisdom to lead through relentless pressure, adversity and times of incredible change.
At University I studied Nursing and pursued this as my career for many years, I learnt I had an innate ability to provide care, comfort, understanding and support for my patients, their families and the people I worked with. This ability to develop a deep understanding, listen and assess the needs of people has developed over many years from one focused on clinical care to an ability to support, guide, coach and mentor those I lead to improve their performance not only at work but also as people.
For the past 15 years I have helped leaders to unlock their full potential by supporting them to find better connections with themselves and with others. I have a particular interest in helping those working in health care.
